Dart’s investors have shown massive support for the Unicorn project, not to mention the other prospective tenements in NE Vic that Dart have, all situated in the most prospective area in Oz, the Lachlan Fold Belt. Dart’s investors have actually strengthened even though the SP has dropped some 70% over the past year or so ….. they know what Dart are sitting on. Dart’s investors, and I emphasize “investors”, have invested in a business!, as opposed to a “group” trying to make a quick buck out of an opportunity. Not too often a group of mainly sophisticated shareholders support a company when the SP drops as significantly as Dart’s has done. The SP dropped on very low volume tho’.

The "perceived" metallurgy issue, solved by Colin Seaborn, was something the previous management didn’t appear to want to try and resolve, however it did provide an opportunity for a “group” to try and weaken Dart’s standing and have a crack at taking control of Dart. They failed miserably ….. Dart’s shareholders are more convinced than ever that Unicorn is going to be successful ….. keep your eyes peeled for copper folks!

Orion went because the “perceived” metallurgy issue damaged Dart, and although Dart actually achieved the pre-conditions, no mean feat given current management had a massively shortened timeframe in which to deliver, and had the metallurgy issue to deal with, Orion had an easy option out, generously provided by previous management. Orion are still a supportive shareholder, don’t discount Orion from providing capital in future, and the terms might be better suited to Dart’s plans.

To summarise: Dart have probably the most prospective minerals area in Australia, mainly focussed on Unicorn (watch Copper Quarry & Gentle Annie), and our shareholders are going to allow current management to exploit the area. There is NO CHANCE of any outsider / group getting any sort of control of Dart ..... NONE
