    I don't think the market has yet come to terms with how good an anouncement this is.

    There is an article foreshadowing the announcement on page 16 of the Australian Financial Review today (24/6/2010).

    "Infrastructure is the key hurdle for coal projects in Mozambique"

    "The (potential) deal will help open up the region"
