Well the future of GBG is decided this month. It's taken a while to get here but this is possbily the biggest month in GBG's history.
If GBG don't get approval from shareholders what will happen? That would not allow the project to continue as they don't have enough money to cover all the costs. This would be very destructive to GBG. Sure alternatives may be possible but would put alot of hard work to waste & would take a long time to come up with an alternative that would proceed.
On the other hand if they do get the votes it's all systems go as by the end of the month after all requirements get ticked we the JV will drawdown on the loan from China & what has already started will be in cruise control until the digging starts & the ore goes off to market.
To all shareholders its time to vote - forget the SPP for now & as GBG tell us we don't have major institutions on the register so make your votes count.
In 30 days GBG will hopefully be 100% de risked & all systems go.
