    If this deal goes through then there would be a total of 90m shares on issue including restricted stock and the 40m issued to Jai Res.
    Hence we have a nearly $300m market cap right now. Given STB market cap is $476m with a maiden JORC of 500mt of Potash at 18% grade thus 100mt.
    Also STB has a target of 1.5bnt. If FMJ had something larger than this then this would support a higher share price but allot of comfirmations are required.
