At close of quarter, with 661k raised from .007 cent placement last quarter - cash is back up to 754k. They had to pay around 80k for tax purposes.

Another 200k should be raised this vote from directors own input, increasing to 954k.

So, if they keep the spend under 500k, there is no reason to raise until 2nd quarter 2020.

In between all this, important to remember that Sofala and Trophysy who sold the Mozambique project received an outstanding majority in payment of shares. I'm sure they don't want further dilution. Important to note the 'Becoming Substantial Holder Notice on 8/10/2019 was Christopher Gregory - one of three board members. I'm sure he doesn't want further dilution. The previous raise was miniscual - around 660k - as they will seek to raise at a much higher price. Also performance shares at 2 cents for directors will be voted on soon.
