Nucleonics has pursued BLT patents for about four years and lost its legal case with the District Court and with the just announced dismissal in the (Federal) District Court of Appeals. They still have the option of Appealing to the Supreme Court but IMHO they would not be heard. Why? because this Court ONLY hears cases that it considers of very significant legal importance. So IMHO this legal action is DOA. Now we may see some major pharmas show/ declare their interest. At 12 cents BLT is a magnificent punt. good luck to all longs
