Ok, there are 2 sides to every story...
POSITIVES:
1. ARUP entering with ECT for $2.5 mill for no interest and only shares
2. Submission to the Gov done...we wait and hope we progress.
NEGATIVES:
1. Why dilute the stock which is already has millions and millions of shares on issue if bigger parties are coming to the table which is why we moved the AGM.
If i was a shareholder and this was the only announcement before the AGM there is no way i would be voting for a pay increase to the directors.
Conclusion: Its a worry that they have to issue more shares to another party just to complete DFT.
I can see the SP drift down back to the 1.4-1.5c levels now. Will nearly reach my price where i would consider to enter unfortunately. I hope i am wrong for all you Shareholders out there. GLTA
