Yep looking forward to moving on and some more action... Thought my watchlist was broken when I opened it and saw all my positions are unchanged today... Will be interesting to see if the big players have raised anymore cash and upped their positions...
Looking forward the AMER deal will be tabled... I see the top 20 holders own only 37.1% of the vote (this is from the website so may be wrong)...
Robbo... Under NZX rules what % acceptance would they need for any deal to go through????
If they offer a valuation over 50 million you might see a few keen to jump ship
