I'm pretty confident the mineral sand projects will be part of the deal.
However SYR does intend to focus purely on graphite going forward so perhaps more will be included.
Would think CSE scrip will be involved so will be interesting to see how CSE shareholders react to the dilution if thats the case. Any sell off will be a good top up opportunity for me as I rate the MS projects very highly (as does CSE obviously)
