SYR was originally a spin-off from CSE. There are many announcements that mention CSE's 11m share holding, the latest being the 2nd page of CSE's trading halt request on 24th February this year. Also refer to CSE announced change in substantial holding notice dated 23/12/11. As far as I am aware they haven't sold (or bought) any more since then.
