not too many sectors making $ atm. and EVERYONE wants to make money. IO is one of the few that is booming, making $ for investors. of those IO companies, the small caps have the greater chance of making quick money for investors. recently weve seen that with nsl. they are in TH.
that leaves cfr as a stand alone small cap due to ann huge IO deposits.....cfr is on the radar.
