I had high hopes for these guys, I wanted to see one of these new nimble lenders take on the establishment.

I use them to gap fund a little, being if you are purchasing a property in mortgage insurance territory, I use them to drop the loan amount to either eradicate or minimise the LMI premiums, which aren't transferable or refundable. As I believe this is an absolute rort for consumers.

I was hoping they would come up with a registered 2nd or unsecured GAP product or even a portable LMI product.

But as you know they are just a lender at this stage, nothing more, nothing less and if that is your game in this sphere, it is very had to compete with the big guys, the Macquaries', Latitudes etc.

Anyways, I will stop posting on this forum now, as it seems the majority are in vast disagreement with me.
