this posting by Vasco has "........this thesis has been written by a member of management" written all over it. so tread carefully investors. this business is more than likely headed to the wall. nothing to "take over" here other than a book. no brand of value. no strategic value inside this one. just a book to run off. eyes wide open here investors. cost structure is way too heavy to sustain the business volumes. now that the momentum has gone from the market, the volumes needed will never be achieved. this is a capital sink now.
