They have also cut their lending criteria from 'any worthwhile purpose' to consolidation, cars and caravans, so that will make them a lot less dynamic, seems they are crawling into their shells.

That's actually not true. Their website has options for debt consolidation, vehicle, medical, home reno, EV upgrade and 'something else' which (copy and pasted from their website) includes "Debt consolidation, Car, Legal fees, Tax debt, Gap finance, Just about anything, really".
