I don't think it can expand to the US market. We want this to grow and hopefully, overseas or second-tier bank ( I don't think the regulator would allow merging this with a top-tier bank) to buy us over. If this was growing at a good rate ( minus cap raise) then we would probably get a good offer, not this cycle but next cycle. (hopefully 10X).
What is done is done. What I don't want is another capital raise (The last one was absolutely stupid). I was happy for them to borrow money if they had to at a reasonable rate and that would have been a better decision at these rates. But I think we will be stuck at these levels for some time as people are moving now to profitable companies rather than one's who talk about profits. certainly away from cash flow negative ones.
