No.

1. This would put the whole company at risk. (see other post to maybe learn why)
2. If you think this company is BELOW fair value, then why aren't YOU buying all of this stock, and pushing the share price back up? Re-mortgage your house and go for it. I think it is also, so its not a bad idea for you to do this at this price.
3. I think raising capital at an ATH, which might end up being a 4 year ATH if this bear market happens, for a company that 100% needed that cash makes the Board look like geniuses. So properly informed investors and shreholders are doing nothing but thanking the heavens this is such a well run company right now, and their reputation as an exeuctation team couldnt be higher IMHO.
