Hi STI holders, just thought I would give my 2 cents worth on what is shaping up to be a beautiful opportunity for the keen investor…

I have been glued to STI for about 3 months, have traded it a few times just to make a few dollars here and there, however I’m not willing to day trade it at the moment due to what is seemingly around the corner… Plus I was lucky enough to grab some of the recent down sell at .015-.016, am loaded up and just happy to sit back…

I have done some research on Peter Boonen and have come to the conclusion this man is going to push the potential of this company as far as he can.. Plus a director that holds the amount of shares he does only has everything to gain by pushing STI to the limits.. We know from the recent ANN out on the 26th June that we are in for a nice ride if all goes to plan..
As many of you are aware the highlights being:

    • Multi-million dollar replacement value
    • Current revenue around $700,000 per month
    • TGA licensed 10,000m2 manufacturing facility
    • World-class technology driven business
    • Facility has scope for substantial production and revenue growth
    ……………………………….

With the acceptance to purchase MilPharma STI has picked up a real bargain here. Way under replacement cost IMO.. The old saying goes “another mans loss is another mans gain”, Boonen is certainly taking advantage of this opportunity.

WE all know that the current business Milpharma is already in full swing, and with the current products that STI already has the opportunity to increase turnover is huge. Lets face it, we are talking major marketing opportunity for all of STI’s recent products.. With the current revenue around 700K per month already STI has everything to gain with there own products added to the production line..

What are we waiting on?… simply “Subject to completion!!!”…. With the current MFI and the touch of an outbreak in the chart, not to mention the MACD and the Ballinger bands all in positive territory, one can only speculate that all is going to plan.. There has been some very, very strong accumulation..

The “Terms of Offer and Sale” are very clean and show no risk IMO, however this is what we are waiting on before we hit the moon, and I quote:

“As a condition of the sale, Stirling requires consent to the assignment of existing debt facilities of some $2.5 million that is secured over certain plant and equipment. These consents are currently in the process of being sought from the secured creditors. In order to preserve the continuity of all existing business and until all detail of the sale agreement is finalized. Stirling will seek to shortly commence operating the business of MilPharma under license from the Administrator and under the agreement terms of this license, Stirling will provide all working capital as may be required during the license period.
Completion of the acquisition is subject to the completion of a formal business sale agreement, which is in process of final drafting by the parties’ respective lawyers. In addition, the business sale agreement will be subject to the prior approval of Milpharma secured creditors, (this is the key IMO, and why wouldn’t the creditors approve such a acquisition) the property lessor and employees (which approvals are being sought) and until such time as the sale agreement is completed and the matters finalized the purchase of the Milpharma business by the Company is regarded as conditional.
The Company further advises that due to the expanded operations through this pending acquisition and to ensure sufficiency of working capital, the Company will consider a further Convertible Note issue (or a share placement) through which the Company would then be able to accept up to an additional $1,500,000 of over commitments to its recently approved raisings with conversion rights to shares (or placement) at no less than $0.015 per share.”

Now it as clear as day what we are waiting on, however I would like to touch on the up coming placement, Notice the Ann says no less than, so in hindsight if all goes well we shouldn’t see .014 ever again, in truth I hope we don’t see .015 even if a placement at such levels is done… With the recent strength in SP, and as you can see I have placed a basic chart showing the recent strength I would encourage Boonen to lift the placement to higher levels then .015.. Lets face it STI has massive potential if this acquisition goes through, so the SP should be well and truly above the recent high of 6cents (just my opinion of course), I understand that companies always discount the SPP so as shareholders take advantage of it, and lets be honest, were not talking a huge placement to raise the proposed capital needed. Would be nice to see the placement done higher then the SP, WHAT THE!!!, you say, well why not, the company will be worth a heap, the only thing stopping the SP from jumping now is cause I believe Boonen should have left the placement comments out of the ANN, if he had done this then we would already be well and truly hitting recent highs again, then he should have mentioned placement at say 3-4cents, but what is done is done… Personally it would be encouraging and extremely exciting if the placement was not needed and Boonen found another source to raise the 1.5million… If a placement was done at higher levels and shareholders were encouraged to hold as the proposed future of STI is set for higher ground, sellers would lift there orders and let the SP hit the likes of the placement, not normal practice, however if it becomes a sure thing, this could easily happen in a moment of time…

What ever happens, this is leading to an opportunity that will leave the likes of such low SP behind for along time, all in all it seems like a win win situation…

Today’s recent action just goes to show that it wasn’t a pump and dump, over 10million shares were let go at .018 and buyers were happy to take there fill, a few sellers just got nervous cause of the soon to be placement, and IMO took the opportunity to sell high and hope to buy back low, but if Boonen is watching, and I’m sure he is, I would say the placement should be higher, and will give STI even more funds if needed…

Best wished to all, hope we all make some serious dollars here…

    Stay cool
    Drew

    buy signals looking very strong
