But remember GJ is a non exec chairman....not involved in day to day running of the co....just strategic direction and guidance. ...you dont want a young buck with ltd experience in their. ...GJ would run circles around them.

As far as MD..GC fits the mould......give us another candidate? ???? Someone who has experience in africa and iron ore......aren't many around are there..

Unfort things can't change now....SDL has an expiring asset and a new team would take 12months to get up to speed....by then its too late

New team also have no skin in the game or vested interest.....they want plenty to be involved I think

Sounds an easy plan....hard to put into practice. ..would put the co back 12 months.....you don't want that
