re the anns - there'll be some arse covering involved here too i'd think - as in all matters that can and do translate into losses for some and gains for others.

i think the chronology of the individual court dates are interesting too - from feb 10th for egm re clause 23 to april 8th re ntma rego - the most sensitive still being feb 22 re open books.

i'd like to think that agreement will have been reached before feb 22nd and that in the 'alan oshlack v min for envir' case on march 17th, Quasar who has ''by consent, joined as a respondent to those proceedings'' will be defending that one alone.

ags, in the event of an agreed price, would have no interests in the wording of the ntma rego [hearing april 8th].
