IF an offer has been made it would have, imo, been less than what the current s/p is....
The problem for AGS is, that regardless of what the estimated value is ?..it means little because all AGS have, is, 25% of whats in the ground and at current U prices....nothing else.
Remember AGS cannot get that 25% of U out of the ground...so who has the upper hand ...particularly..atm?!
This will go through the court system to some extent and in the meantime the share price will head lower.
Any substantial detrimental news for AGS and the share will fly through the forties imo.
That maybe exciting for some ....lol
