It makes sense that Heathgate would like to buy out AGS. Neil Blue is on record as saying buy straw hats in winter, low Uranium prices, GFC, and the current litigation and hold ups look wintery to me. It would be in the bidders interest that the share price was kept as low as possible prior to anouncing an offer. This is just speculation of course. Id probably be happy with $1.50 if the directors recomend it.
