Hi Meerkat, please explain what it usually means? I'm curious as to why anyone would sit on negative results...
Personnally I think this reaks of a licensing agreement, waiting on final results payed a part and follow that with some hard ball negotiations... then due diligance. If so I'm glad they're spending every bit of time they theoretically have to do it right, belts and braces!!
All IMO of course, you know the deal.
