Is the "Year 1" progress report for the Calimmune trial on the...

Is the "Year 1" progress report for the Calimmune trial on the CIRM site new? When I google Calimmune the link comes up dated 17 Feb, but there doesn't appear to be any date on the report. I only asked because that date sort of coincides with the rise which made me wonder if CIRM might have received more confidential information at that time that could have leaked?

It seems to me from reading that they must have dosed at least 3 patients, but I did read somewhere that they may have been having trouble recruiting for the first stage as most volunteers wanted the busulfan knockdown?

Are volunteers for the first cohort basically putting their lives on the line if they have chosen to stop ART for the course of the trial? (Though of course, as I understand it, the theory is that they would have chosen to stop ART for their own reasons, NOT for the purpose of the trial.)
