There is clearly a difference between posters raising genuine valid questions and insinuating that some kind of concealment of something negative is going on. Trying to raise suspicions is just being lazy. I know it's very fashionable these days to try to come across as a cynic but one can get tired of hearing everything put out in terms of conspiracy theories. A forum is most definitely the place for free and civil speech, but hey, posters should be doing their own reading before they run around yelling fire! If one has a suspicion that something is irregular then one should go and do the research oneself first to try answer your own questions, and then post your findings for others to benefit from. I really don't think that calling out a failure to do that is being condescending.

As has been said before: absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. But it is certainly the ground that most conspiracy theories grow in.
