    I don't think gholdna's concern is completely unfounded. It's very likely that there is some delay to the Xing Yun application, as Newing suggested in his blog and the company hasn't quite made it clear why the $1m/month revenue fro Xing Yun hasn't been translated into an increased 2019 forecast.
