True the last 6% maybe dictating what our final consolidation rate is. Hence why we haven't been told.
There must be some sort of disagreement or abstain for the share purchase agreement. regardless, the question now is not whether the deal is on or not (we are way past that), but how soon will Gridcomm/Odin get past the final 6% (play hardball or not). From the releases by Gridcomm, it looks like they are very keen in getting listed on ASX and ODN no doubt are pressuring Gridcomm to complete the deal.

oh and ofcause HC is high on ODN's tail.
