As I have said in previous posts, at this point the value of the company is not how much oil they can produce, but how much have they found over what acreage. Sell 10% of your acreage to a driller and you could have $200m (over whatever farm in/JV period)to do your own drilling. That then places a value on the company.
That $13 k per acre was for 10% of great bears acreage, so it is a real figure.
