A: Because of stupidity. In 2006, the U price averaged around US$50lb and ERA received around $15lb because of long term contracts.
In my opinion, ERA replicates dot.com stuff.
Maybe the punters are waiting for new contracts to start, which is probably a long way off, just like BHP that is locked into not only long term contracts but also to supply U they do not produce, having to buy it dearer than they sell it for.
