I'd hate to see BTA looking around when they have enough organic growth opportunities of their own.

Dividend would be nice.

I rather fancy BTA's present condition and its outlook is as good as it's ever been. Might even see a re-test of its recent highs.

Also, with the microbial world getting increasingly restless, exposure to anti-virals, particularly a proven one, is a must for any well diversified portfolio.
