I would expect a scaleback - possibly no more than 50%, however, I am conscious that the offer document could easily be worded such that they accept over-subscription in which event you could/would receive your full application amount. One aspect to consider is that not every holder can easily raise $15k, and I expect there will be some holders who may not be eligible to participate. Plenty of time yet for RCG to decide what is best for RCG.
