Just had a look at past announcements, and he's sold 10.3m over the last 2 years, mostly in 1 million lots.
CVN is ridiculously cheap now, bought in yesterday and will buy more at these prices. In the long term the operations will still be there producing cheap oil whatever the outcome politically.
