I agree it is a complex plant and there is a lot of things that can possibly go wrong(right) this ann did not really resolve or clear that up at all did it?

Look at average market returns or fund returns, locking in a 15-30% in a matter of weeks and adding to performance is pretty attractive.

Re waiting for a 200% return, firstly when I hear any number like that im skeptical at best, Secondly as you say a complex ramp up could cause issues and an oppotunity to buy back in lower.

And no one has commented on who the major brokers have been of late? I suggest before sprouting its all instos you do some basic homework on which brokers are doing the majority of volume.
