Yes they can sell right now. Everyone buying knows this too but the past few days volumes says something massive is in play. If not here are some reasons I believe for the rerating.
1. A huge rerating of the stock, due to successful SPP. 2. Huge cash surplus, business has great cash flow passenger numbers have actually increased over last years. 3. Low cost carriers are doing great business in this environment and Virgin WILL benefit. 4. Delta JV decision due out soon? Has there been a leak of positive news? Or maybe speculators. 5. REX didn't buy a stake in the business just for kicks they want a bigger piece of VBA I am sure of it. 6. Oil prices even though they have increased of late its still half the price from when people were dumping VBA last year saying it was a dead duck.
All in all this sp rerating has been long overdue. Pls DYOR.
