massive shock to the system

The coming crash in Australia is going to literally shock most folks to their very core imo.

We have gone soooo long without any kind of recession or pain that most folks have never really known anything other than boom times.

We only have boom times and not quite boom times.

The GFC was virtually a non event for most folks in OZ.

There were pockets of pain for small groups of people who were unlucky enough to listen to financial planners like Storm & co. but by and large life just went on as normal.

In fact for many people life was a bit better than usual because of the 'free' money the govt gave everyone.

Most young folks have got no idea there were sold a pup when they were suckered into paying $400k for a house.

If you tried to sell a young person a Big Mac for $20 they would know they were being ripped off,yet tell them houses are worth $400k and they believe it??

The 'life goes on' crowd wont know what hit them.
