House prices reflect the strenght of our horse (the one and only economic horse that we have - resources).


Now, horses can live well into their 40s and more - if you look after them.

The question is: Have we looked after our horsie?

Well, I reckon that the Chinese (who help feed our horsey) would say: No!

So, yeah, 17 years is probably stretching it for a horse doing all the work by itself without a chop out.
