In 1967, I heard for the first time that Gold Coast property was going to crash and crash so hard that the place would be a slum. I have heard that probably 10 to 20 times since then
now 1967 is 43 years ago ------ and it hasn't happened. People have lived and died in that time and wealth has been won and lost in billions.
The only thing I have heard that is sillier is people who predict things.

what crud - have you got a direct line to god or something?
We have had the crash - didn't you notice that retiree's and near retiree's wealth was devastated? Where were you? Where were you when people could not get their capital out of funds?
We might have a gfc2 - but we more than likely might not also. There are far too many variables around to predict anything.
Please send me god's number, there are a few issues I would like to discuss with him/her that make financial crashes pale into insignificance.
