Yep...that's cool if you don't need the regular income. Some people buy art and they make $$ in the longer term too. Dividends PLUS capital growth is the Holy Grail - in my books anyway. BOQ might shoot up 20% and nobody would raise an eyebrow. Same can't be said for the big 4. All about the risk I guess.
