Sanofi deal doesn't have any minimum commercial quantities attached to it. It concerns me that UNS could be locked into an agreement of their of doing that does not deliver commercial quantities.

5 year deal which rolls into a 10 year deal, if Sanofi hits 20mil units in any one year.

Nothing against the product but any disappointment will be have a servere conseqence on the SP
