Milk is a resource, patents that are not recognised by communist countries such as China are not, my partner is Taiwanese and I can tell you from first hand experience that the business culture over there is a very different to how you picture it. I wouldnt be investing in anything that claims to have a patent or ownership, when in reality in a place like China or Taiwan they don't.
