Do us small guys have much of a say in what price we are going to sell at if their is a takeover !

My understanding and possible ignorance here, if 90% of
shareholders vote in favour of a takeover at that specific price, i.e Fund Managers, larger holdings etc.

Then us little fella's and gals have got buckleys in getting what we reckon the shares are worth !!
