Sorry but this is making no sense at all.

In quarterly activities report of 29/07/2011 directors reported strong demand for shortfall shares and stated that they expected to place them shortly. They did just that, with announcement coming out on 04/08/2011, appendix 3B was issued for 35,521,375 shares placed to institutional and sophisticated investors.

All shares under the recent RRI therefore have been issued by 04/08/2011.

Therefore, the price action has nothing to do with pumping the SP in order to place remaining shares if this is what you are implying.
