this is a quick thought I just had - if it is true that the most recent permits (works and water) should have only taken 5 days to process but were put in the wrong pile and now take 30, why wouldn’t the company shave a simply revoked those origins applications and resubmit to ensure correct processing ie 5 days, by Mimem (or whoever the relevant dept is)
surely rthat would have been a far better result - keep the bureaucrats happy and also ensure the permit moves along as it should and that in turn keeps the shareholders happy
