    You stated that there was no downside risk from here - I can't see how you can make such a statement as there are plenty of influences that could send MCR lower from here.

    Yes, I have a $1 target with an 8 week time-frame, but I clearly stated that this was my opinion only and I certainly didn't discount the possibility that it could go lower before going higher.
