Increase in valuation depends on a lot of factors though, SHV's properties could have been brought 10 years ago before almonds started booming and only just saying now they've gone up by $80 odd million whereas MRG are mainly dried fruit + a little citrus, wine grapes and table grapes. Citrus and table grape properties are like almonds and are highly sought after around sunraysia but demand for land with dried fruit isn't as high as them. There would be a little value increase but not to the extent of SHV
