The increase in Valuation should be annual shouldn’t it, surely they couldn’t of just decided to revalue now! My understanding is that there is an obligation to have them current each year, by at least a directors valuation, if not a third party desktop process?
Refer my recent post, global raisin prices are increasingly quickly, and valuations are driven by profitability per acre, if raisins prices have increased that much, it would make the net profit per acre similar to citrus, almonds, pecans, and substantially above wine grapes?
