Non ferrous - no disrespect but there are plenty of good reasons why loyal S/H's have every right to be " a little upset". What was promised and what has been delivered to date is not a track record any business or for that matter any businessman would be proud of. The graph tells the story better than anyone of us can - unfortunately.
Focus, Focus, Focus - Map the plan and then execute to the plan (tracking and adjusting at all times) = Good Business 101. It's actually pretty simple. Jarama has already stated what was already obvious to all of us - surface and proof up the value we are sitting on, unproven reserves are no better value than vacuous promises in this game.
This business needs strong and stable management, proper reporting and controls, and most of all deliverable results.
To suggest S/H's call the company for an update is ludicrous - if the company was being run properly one wouldn't need to resort to this highly unprofessional and ASX regulatorially questionable practice (this pratcice is a hornets nest of compliance and possible trading rule breaches). The business as par for the course should be reporting regularly on all material items - good, bad, and indifferent.
