Don't have the figures with me but seem to have a feeling our previous cap raisings were done at a premium to the recent market price.
Too many promising projects, even though many are sadly neglected, so there's no sense giving them away cheap.
At least with directors who own significant shareholdings it is in their best interest to see the price as high as possible. Perhaps our recently retired MD didn't really have that as a main focus as he was essentially merely an employee, though he later bought a small holding. Paladin shareholders, where he also serves on the BOD lost most of their equity to creditors in their revamp.
