it's a great announcement : ) We may not get as high as the Industry recommended 15p/Kwhr - but you'd think it could easily be somewhere in the middle. And maybe the UK Gov't is desperate to embrace Decentralised Energy on a large scale (I believe they are due to Peak Oil and Energy Efficiency requirements). Also the mentioned desire to raise the installed capacity to 1 Million units by 2020 is great!
