Buying because it looks cheap is usually a bad idea. Price falls usually coincide with slowing growth, reduced revenue and profits. APX was supported by insto sponsorship and I'd say they have run for the door, all the while crashing the price.
It's one thing to be bullish on the sector, but I can't see anyone being bullish on APX right now.
Contrast APX against PME (note the EPS growth)
