John, I will give you a tip.
Never take stock recommendations from the likes of MF, Mstar, citi etc. Utter garbage.
If Citi is so bullish about Appen why wouldn't they buy themselves? Also, what are the chances they have loaded on Appen and now they want to offload and take profits?
I cringe everytime I see these ''expert'' predictions. They dish this out everyday and one day it will come true, they will advertise that prediction for the next 3 years with ''we recommended this stock when it was x price'' articles.
Those who payto read these articles are more foolish than motley fools themselves.
